What Happens to Your Body When You’re Anxious

Last week I reviewed My Age of Anxiety by Scott Stossel. If you haven’t read it yet I highly recommend it. It’s heartfelt, insightful, funny and provides hope and support to those who suffer from such a debilitating disorder. This week I wanted to show you what happens to a person’s body when they are suffering an anxiety attack. If you have never experienced anxiety but know someone who does this can be very insightful.
